Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Football Fitness Club app and your membership of Football Fitness Club ("the Club", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & bookings
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis through the app. A confirmed booking reserves your place but does not guarantee coaching for any specific ability level or group placement, which remains at the coaches' discretion.
2. Cancellations & no-shows
You may cancel a booking at any time before the session via the app. Repeated no-shows without cancellation may affect your ability to book future sessions, at the Club's discretion.
3. Payments & pricing
Session fees are shown in the app at the time of booking. Payment is due as described in the app; unpaid balances may be followed up by the Club. Prices may change, but any change will not affect sessions already paid for.
4. Health & assumption of risk
Football and physical fitness training carry an inherent risk of injury. By attending a session, you confirm that you are medically fit to take part, or have sought appropriate medical advice before doing so. You take part in all sessions at your own risk. The Club is not liable for injury except where caused by our proven negligence.
5. Code of conduct
All members and attendees are expected to treat coaches and fellow players with respect. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or suspend membership in response to abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
6. Feedback & publication
You may be invited to leave feedback on sessions you attend. Feedback you submit may be displayed within the app, alongside your chosen display name if you opt to show it, or anonymously if you do not. You control this choice each time you submit feedback.
7. Your data
We collect and store the personal information you provide (name, date of birth, contact details) to run your membership, process bookings and payments, and operate the app. We do not sell your data. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting the Club directly. Marketing communications are only sent if you have separately opted in, and you may withdraw that consent at any time from your profile.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
